Prednosti: Delightful Villa, perfectly suited our two families with kids sharing. Facilities were first class. Would strongly recommend and will hopefully revisit.

A perfect holidays destinations just a short flight from Copenhagen and ferry ride away from Split

Prednosti: Amazing place with close amenities with 1km, groceries, restaurants and a wonderful beach. It was not as full of tourists as others parts - just a nice balance of locals and visitors to give a great vibe.

Beautiful villa with great facilities, short walk to local town and restaurants

Beautiful location, stunning villas, fantastic host

Prednosti: We rented both villas for a group of 10 people. They were spacious, very well equipped (perfect for cooking) and had amazing views. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the layout of the living room onto the pool area was great for entertaining. Ivan was super responsive - and kindly arranged for groceries to be delivered before we arrived so we could cook, early and late checkout, taxis, and recommended an operator for a boat day for us. We would love to come back here again!

Excellent location, near the beach and only 10 mins to town. Very well equipped villa.

Prednosti: Villa decor was modern and layout made the most of the views of the sea. The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable. The villa was very well equipped with loads of towels / toiletries / cooking condiments and equipment. I especially loved the bean to cup coffee machine. The location is fantastic - only a 2 mon walk downhill to the beach which has an amazing floating pontoon which my 2 sone loved diving off. The town is only a 10 min walk away and the walk is a lovely waterfront walk. Sutivan town itself is a lovely balance of local and luxury - highly recommend.

Nedostaci: My husband would have liked a few more weights in the gym and maybe a better exercise bike. Bikes at the property would be good - just to do the supermarket runs and maybe go to some of the further beaches if you don't have a car.

Ivan and Tamara were fantastic hosts and helped make our stay as memorable as possible in their beautiful home.

Prednosti: Exceptionally well equipped and built to a very high standard. Great location, within walking distance of Sutivan and local beaches. Lovely swimming pool and terrace area with built in bbq facilities. All bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well equipped.

Nedostaci: The great views we had meant that we had a bit of a climb when walking to the villa but it was well worth it.

Great vacation spot for groups or families

Prednosti: We stayed in Villa Pax as a family of 6 (including one small child) in 2023 and had a great vacation! The villa was absolutely clean and offered everything one might need (kitchen supplies, coffee, washing supplies, extra towels,...). The pool area has more than enough sunbeds and also offers enough shade. It is only a very short walk down the hill/street to a nice pebble beach (with trees and shade) where we went almost every day, and it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town center and to the port with little shops and several restaurants. There are also two smaller supermarkets within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The hosts are very, very friendly and accomodating!

Nedostaci: Nothing! Everything was great, we have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Prednosti: Das Haus ist sehr schön. Für 5-6 Personen auch sehr großzügig. Der beheizte Pool war für unsere Kids das Beste.
