Boutique old town house Karkovich

We loved this cute property! It was very clean and comfortable and close to all the action. Would definitely stay again!

Prednosti: We loved that the property was in the heart of the town, close to all the restaurants and shops.

Nedostaci: The only very minor issue was with one of the showers. It didn’t hook up over your head on the wall, you had to physically hold it to shower yourself.

Great value, great location with 2 king bedroom & 2 full bathrooms

Prednosti: Good value 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in very central location in Hvar old town. Apartment is run by the more prestige Park hotel so you get the benefit of this hotel, such as breakfast which is really good. Also you can get room cleaned / bedding & towels refreshed when required. Location is perfect, but up stairs as with all the accommodation if you want central.

Nedostaci: Basic apartment but has everything you need that a hotel doesn’t… washing machine/ full kitchen/ large fridge. But as said before it’s a bit worn and not much room in bedrooms. Kitchen & lounge area is up some steep stairs.

Prednosti: Good location at the center, near the harbour. Breakfast at the garden of hotel Park. Nice personal at the hotel.

Nice apartment but too small for two adults

Prednosti: Great location. Great breakfast in Park Hotel. Issues solved promptly.

Nedostaci: This is a tiny property. The 60sq m must include the entry and stairs! Very little room around the enormous beds. The downstairs bathroom is tiny. The photos are deceptive. Noise from bar outside even with windows closed.

Perfect location and comfy apartment.

Prednosti: The location was perfect! The beds were comfy, and having two bathrooms for the four of us was great. The kitchen had nearly all the facilities you’d need need to make any meal from scratch. Breakfast was nice!

Nedostaci: Only two small issues - the ironing board didn’t stand up, and there was no tea towel in the kitchen.

Prednosti: The location was in center! The property was clean and cute. It has stairs inside the house to second floor (kitchen, living room and one bathroom) . It’s good for younger people, not recommended if you have problems with stairs since getting to apartment from street has lots of steps and another sets of stairs inside the apartment. Both shower heads have been installed very low that is a good height for kids, I recommended the front desk to raise them. They had a good buffet breakfast! I recommend it to younger generations definitely!

Prednosti: The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of everything. The breakfast was amazing! What a great way to start each day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Nedostaci: We didn't like the handheld shower wands. We would prefer standard shower heads (just our preference).
