Beautiful location full of traditional charm
Prednosti: Location and the view were great what a beautiful spot 🥰 We loved the outside kitchen and pool area.

Prednosti: A superb and very quiet location! We were very well received by the host🤗🤗🤗Everything was superb, the location is a dream, in the house you have everything you need and the pool is superb❤️❤️❤️❤️Duje and his wife are wonderful people who help you with everything you need, plus they give you many directions where you can go see great places,Likewise, the neighbor Stjepan is a very friendly man who helps you with whatever you need🤗🤗🤗🤗. Everything was perfect, our vacation was superb, we felt very good and enjoyed all the beauty of this wonderful country❤️❤️ We will definitely return to Croatia in the same dream location as soon as possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything🙏🙏🙏

Prednosti: The house is in an amazing, quiet locality with beautiful views from the garden and the pool. The owner is very nice and flexibile and provided us with all the information and useful tips about the locality (and beer and something to eat after our arrival). Pool on the property is perfect ! House is comfortable and well equipped. We would be happy to come again.
Nedostaci: Stairs are steep (may not be comfortable for oldern people).

Prednosti: We had an awesome stay in Croatia. The appartement was wonderful! It was fallen with so much love and it was extraoridary clean. We had everything we needed for a week with two Kids. The Pool and the outdoor kitchen are more than we could have asked for. The town was nice, tiny, friendly people.... You can reach all The beautiful beaches around Makarska, Omiš and Split within 30- 40 Minutes. The Landlord Duje and the neighbour Stephan were super friendly and a great help. They Tell you where you can go and know All the spezial places around the area! There is a restaurant and a supermarket within a 5 min walk. We will definately come back ❤️

Fantastic accommodation well placed to explore coasts, mountains, rivers and wildlife.
Prednosti: We were met by Duje the host and owner of the property. He was very welcoming and showed us around. He had arranged for some delicious local delicacies for our arrival. The location was stunning, about 20 mins from the coast, with beautiful views and amazing wildlife. It is in a very good position to visit the beaches, explore the countryside and enjoy the river. Duje was very attentive and provided great local knowledge of things to do and see. He was also very quick to respond and answer all of our questions. We would definitely visit again.

Prednosti: Wir haben unsere Sommerurlaub in diesen wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von unserem Vermieter Dujè empfangen. Er hatte für jeden von uns ein kleines Geschenk dabei! Weiterhin gab er uns Tips zu Stränden, Ausflugszielen etc. All unsere Fragen wurden fix beantwortet (auch während des Aufenthalts) Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf. Ideal für Ausflüge zu Stränden oder Städten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt inkl. Klimaanlage! Der Pool und die Aussenküche mit Grill waren einfach nur super. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Absolute Empfehlung.
Prednosti: Absolut Alles! Duje, unser Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns herzlich empfangen & uns eine Flasche selbstgemachten Wein als Empfangsgeschenk abgefüllt. Desweiteren gab er uns einige Tipps & warnte uns am Tag der Abreise vor dem größten Konzerts Kroatiens in Zagreb & dem damit erhöhten Staurisiko. Das kleine Dörfchen Kostanje ist herrlich, ruhig & abgelegen, aber dennoch Zentral genug um einen Tagesausflug nach Split oder Makarska(ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt) zu unternehmen. Das Haus, der Pool & die Außenküche waren sauber & sehr liebevoll eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Ein Supermarkt mit ausreichend Produkten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein perfektes Haus für einen schönen Urlaub. Zusatz: Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, Erkältung inklusive(selber Schuld)🤦🏽😅
Nedostaci: Das die Zeit viel zu schnell vergangen ist, aber so ist es ja immer mit den schönen Momenten.

Prednosti: Sehr netter Gastgeber, wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Outdoorküche am Pool mit Blick auf das Tal und die Berge ist einfach unglaublich schön. Der Nachbar Stipe schaut immer mal wieder mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten (Kirschen, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Schinken) vorbei und hat immer einen witzigen Spruch auf den Lippen. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche bei Duje, 10/10!

Freundliche Gastgeber und eine Unterkunft als Grundlage für einen schönen Urlaub. Gern wieder!
Prednosti: Wunderbar gelegen, kein Touristenort, sondern ein kleines, aber lebendiges kroatisches Dorf. Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, mit dem man sich super auf Englisch verständigen kann, und ein deutschsprachiger Nachbar, der einem den ein oder anderen wertvollen Tipp gibt. Alles in allem sehr unkompliziert. Vor allem der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zu langen Abenden draußen ein, der Pool wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt.
Nedostaci: Jegliche Kritik würde dem Preis der Unterkunft nicht gerecht werden. Natürlich gibt es Kleinigkeiten, die angemerkt werden können. So knarrt z. B. das ein oder andere Bett schon recht stark, aber das fällt gegenüber den positiven Anmerkungen nicht wirklich ins Gewicht. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft top.
