Prednosti: Das Haus lag sehr ruhig. Der Pool war sehr sauber und super für die Kinder! Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Es liegt am Ende einer Straße sodas keine Autos vorbei fahren oder viele Menschen vorbei laufen. Wir konnten Hund und Kinder einfach laufen lassen. Man konnte über eine Treppe direkt runter zum Strand! 2 Minuten! Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar! Und ein kleiner Markt ist um die Ecke. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alle Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet.
Nedostaci: Um an den Strand zu kommen muss man über die Hauptstraße. Die ist aber nicht stark befahren.

Preis Leistung war sehr gut und auch die Vierbeiner waren willkommen!
Prednosti: Platz im Haus, Pool, Nähe zum Strand, kleine Ortschaft, schöne Strände, Parkplatz vor dem Haus im Schatten
Nedostaci: Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit

Można wypocząć z dala od tłumów.
Prednosti: Obiekt położony bardzo blisko plaży. Spokojne i niezatłoczone miejsce z dobrym dojazdem. Basen, grill, taras na wyłączność, Widok na morze. Warty polecenia.

Prednosti: Basen, właściciel regularnie go czyścił. Widok prosto z tarasu. Bardzo blisko do morza.
Nedostaci: Trasa parę metrów niżej, ciszy nie ma. Musiałam spać z wtyczkami. To chyba jedyny minus.

Prednosti: The location is wonderful if you are looking for the sea experience. It is really two minutes walking to the beach. Although there is no sand (as most of the Adriatic sea), the water is very clean and warm, and you can see a lot of sea life with a mask. Very cozy patio with a sea view (also from the master bedroom). The private swimming pool is a great addition, it is very clean and well maintained. A private parking spot is a great advantage, and there are a couple of restaurants in a walking distance (I would recommend Scalinada). The beds and pillows are really comfortable.
Nedostaci: The WiFi is really slow, don't expect anything broadband. Although general house condition is quite good, there are some minor failures here and there (e.g. a shower switch is falling off, etc). We stayed during an extremely hot weather (up to 35 deg); the AC in the living room was doing just fine providing a comfortable chill, but the upstairs AC could not cool both bedrooms sufficiently, especially the larger one. I assume in a slightly less heat it should be fine though. Expect nothing around except for the beach bar (the music is quite loud and can be annoying in the evening, if you prefer quiet). So, to do groceries or any other activities, prepare to drive. The road can be a bit noisy, too, especially if you open the windows and there is a loud motorcycle in the night.

Просто відмінно. Так затишно і по домашньому
Prednosti: Чудове розташування. 2 хв до пляжу. Чисто було, біла постільна білизна. Все необхідне їх не було для проживання. Господарі приємні. Не хотілося виїжджати взагалі. Після того поїхали в Макарська, і чесно кажучи засмутилися. Тут рух, купа людей, страшенні корки. А в Пунта Рата все відмінно

Fantastyczne miejsce!
Prednosti: Miejsce idealne na urlop, domek czysty, pachnący wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Basen czyszczony na bieżąco , miejsce godne polecenia. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny. Na plażę 1 min , gdyby nie ulica to wychodziłoby się prosto z ogrodu. Mamy wielką ochotę wrócić w to samo miejsce jak nigdy. Do zobaczenia !

Ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Urlaub.
Prednosti: Sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool war toll und die Aussicht bzw. das Panorama war sehr ansprechend. Besitzer war sehr Hundefreundlich und äußerserst entspannt.
Nedostaci: Die Hauptstraße die direkt vor dem Haus verläuft.
