Happy to return.
Prednosti: We loved the cleanliness and the stunning views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all bedrooms had air-conditioning if needed, with views from every room. Žana, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. She was very good with her communication. The house was well-equipped with everything we could need. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, which offered a fantastic view. There’s also a lovely path along the beach nearby, perfect for a relaxing walk close to the property.
Nedostaci: There were a number of steps up to the property. However, once we carried our luggage to the property it was worth it.

Quiet and private villa on the edge of Podstrana
Prednosti: Perfect location, next to the large road from Podstrana to Split but completely quiet and private a little on a hill. The sea is a minute walk from the stairs and you have your own almost private beach, which is clean and in the water the bottom is sandy. The house is a gem for the price, the host Zana was very friendly and accomodating, the A/C worked well and the house was comfortable to be in even with the heat wave we stayed there with (38-40 degrees).
Nedostaci: The only thing is the inability to access near the house with a car, you have to walk loads of stairs, which can be difficult if you have difficulty with movement. I did not mind it at all and found it to be a nice workout, rather, but I can see how it might upset some people.

Superb view, quiet place for a vacation
Prednosti: Superb view, nice and big terrace, very spaceous house. Everything was perfect during our stay! To reach the house are some stairs, but it worth the view!

Beautiful holidays in a beautiful house!
Prednosti: Beautiful, spacious house for our family of 5. Incredible views. We loved the little climb up the hill to the house. Well located and perfect base to explore both Split and Omis.
Nedostaci: Nothing! Perfect location, just beware traffic after 9am both to go towards Split or Omis, so leave early.

Prednosti: Bardzo ładny czysty dom z przepięknym widokiem na morze i zachodami słońca, w domu jest wszystko co potrzebne .Najważniejsze dom jest oddalony od innych budynków i czuliśmy sie tam bardzo komfortowo .Polecam bardzo .

Prednosti: Дом был чистым, оборудован всем необходимым, соответствовал описанию. Две душевые, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате.
Nedostaci: Тяжелый подьем в гору по ступеням (их 65 штук насчитала). Маленьких детей нужно держать на руках, коляску оставляли в машине внизу ( с ней я бы не поднялась). Но на это хозяева повлиять не могут, поэтому на оценку это не повлияло.

Prednosti: Das Haus befindet sich in toller Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Znakomity z cudownymi widokami
Prednosti: Bardzo pięknie usytuowany domek , z widokiem na morze . Posiłki jedzone na tarasie , długo zapadną w naszej pamięci . Cudowne widoki. Właścicielka bardzo miła i kontaktowa ( bardzo dobrze mówi po angielsku) . Dla nas nie było to problemem ale dla zainteresowanych domek położony na zboczu góry wiec trzeba podejść ścieżką i schodami w górę . Parking przy ulicy wyznaczony , więc nie ma problemu że ktoś nam zajmie miejsce . Domek świetnie wyposażony idealny na dłuższe wakacje . Trzy sypialnie na górze i łazienka na dole salon kuchnia i druga łazienka . W jednej z sypialni mieliśmy dodatkowe łóżeczko dla dziecka . Domek bardzo czysty , klimatyczny . Właścicielka przywitała nas małym poczęstunkiem , zimne napoje i przekąski oraz owoce . W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja . Plaże czyste ze żwirkiem . Na wyposażeniu 4 leżaki tuż przy plaży . Bardzo blisko przystanki autobusowe lini 60 kursujące w stronę Omiś oraz Splitu. Autobusy kursują co pół godziny . Bilet kupujemy u kierowcy.

Prednosti: Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ort liegt super zwischen Omis und Split.
Nedostaci: Sehr viele Treppen bis zum Haus(Ausblick dafür super).
