We had an amazing stay!

Prednosti: The house was really nice, comfortable, and clean. It had a cosy garden and the location is great. Just a 3-5 minute walk up the hill from the center of Splitska. It felt quiet and private, but still within short walking distance to swimming areas, the shop, and some nice restaurants/bars (including Vala which - in our opinion - is one of the best restaurants of Brač). Parking was easy, and the house had cooking equipment, two bathrooms, and a good fridge + freezer. We loved the sea-view from the main balcony, and also really enjoyed the outside area at the back where it was shady and had a more comfortable outside temperature in the daytime. Splitska felt less touristy and more laidback than the surrounding villages or Supetar and Postira, which was a pluss for us. The hosts were super nice, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely love to come back to this house.

Nedostaci: It would have been nice to have some basic ingredients in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper, and maybe some coffee + filters and also hand soap in the bathroom upon arrival. We surprisingly didn't really miss not having air-conditioning even though it did get very hot during our stay (mid July), but would have liked to have a couple of more fans and also maybe some better insect protection on the sleeping room windows (there were some holes in the screens). We eventually bought some mosquito spray at the nearby shop, one to put on our body and one to spray in the air before bedtime. It helped a lot.

Exceptionally comfortable and beautiful house

Prednosti: There were two bathrooms in the apartment. The rooms were clean and fairly big. The kitchen had all basic facilities needed for cooking and baking. It had a really nice barbecue and the house had Wifi and a fan, even though they weren't listed on the booking.com page.

Nedostaci: Not every window had an insect-preventing screen. It would've been great if there was more than one knife and cutting board in the kitchen.
