Prednosti: Lokacija same kuce je odlicna. Malo nezgodno za parking jer kuca nema vlastiti ali i to nije problem rijesiti za ok cijenu. Sami dizajn stare kuce i udobnost su nas odusevili. Velika kuhinja u prizemlju i mjesto za boravak, kao i tisina u samom objektu su TOP

Great place for a family stay – clean, close to the beach and restaurants, with fast internet and a friendly host.
Prednosti: Beautiful and charming place, very clean and perfectly located – just a 2-minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. There is fast internet available, which was a big plus. Although there is no private parking on site, you can easily leave the car at the neighbor’s. I traveled with my family and small children and everything went smoothly without any problems. Another great advantage is the late check-out at 2 PM. The host is very kind and helpful. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Prednosti: The accomodation has a special medieval-like vibe. Our car broke down, and we did a last minute reservation for the room and everything went really smooth. It was easy to find, the moment we finished the reservation we got a whatsapp message with all the important information. Thanks for helping us! We had a really short one night stay, but we were really satisfied with it.

Only for history authentic lovers
Prednosti: The house design and furniture it is unbelievable! We had the feeling of sleeping in a ancient castle. The kids loved it and I am a big fan of these medieval wood forniture!
Nedostaci: The ground floor it is always closed and there is the smell of old canteen..

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft
Prednosti: Super zentrale Lage, mega schönes Haus, das ein bisschen an eine kleine Burg erinnert :) Eingangsbereich auch super, wie ein Weinkeller - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Nedostaci: Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon und es fehlte ein wenig an Möglichkeiten, Strandtücher aufzuhängen.

Csodálatos ékszerdoboz Baska Vodan
Prednosti: Az épület maga a csoda. Hosszú évek óta járunk Baska Voda-ra, voltunk már jó néhány apartmanban és szállodában is, de messze ez volt a legcsodásabb mind közül. Csodálatos atmoszférával rendelkezik, rendkívül tiszta és a tulajdonos pár nagyon kedves. Csak ajánlani tudom!

Izuzetna lokacija
Prednosti: Izuzetna lokacija u samom srcu grada, na svega 2 minuta hoda do prve i ujedno najposećenije plaže (Nikolina). Cela kuća je uređena u zanimljivom srednjevekovnom stilu. Blizina luke, plaže, prodavnica i restorana čini ovaj smeštajni objekat izuzetnim. Naša preporuka.
Nedostaci: Parking nije obezbeđen, za to morate sami da se snađete, mi smo jedva našli parking mesto na nekih 500m od smeštaja, jer su čak i oni parkinzi što se naplaćuju bili svi puni. Prvu noć su drugi gosti kuće pravili žurku gore na terasi, pa se od njih nije moglo spavati do 02 h, a za sobom su u kuhinji ostavili gomilu neopranih tanjira, čaša i hrane zbog koje su se pojavili mravi - te aktivnosti koje remete odmor ostalih gostiju bi možda trebalo nekako kontrolisati.

Prednosti: Die Unterkunft hat einen unglaublichen Charme. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und an der Hauptpromenade. Die Supermärkte zur eigenen Verpflegung sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr bemüht und sucht nach Lösungen bei kleineren Problemen. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus im alten Viertel liegt und sich daher kleinere Wehwehchen zeigen. Mal fällt der Strom kurz aus, mal ist das W-LAN weg, mal funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht. Alles jedoch Kleinigkeiten, die schnell behoben wurden.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt
Prednosti: Sehr nett und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, bemüht sich sehr, antwortet schnell und war immer erreichbar. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Man ist direkt im Zentrum mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, im Restaurant zu essen oder entlang der Promenade zu spazieren. Bis zum Strand braucht man 3min. Der King Restaurant ist nicht mal 5min entfernt und sehr empfehlenswert.
Nedostaci: Der einzige Nachteil ist kein Parkplatz wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt. Das wussten wir aber schon vor der Anreise. Und der Besitzer hat uns die Standorte mit guten Parkplätzen per WhatsApp geschickt, sodass wir schnell unser Auto abstellen konnten. 15min zu Fuss/2min mit dem Auto.
