House "Niko" - ZF Hvar

Prednosti: Najlepse pohvale za Maju, ljubazna i prijatna. U stanu imate sve sto Vam je potrebno, cisto, uredno. Jako mi se svidelo sto je i dnevna soba velika, imate prostora za sve. Velika terasa, prelep pogled, uzivanje na njoj svakog dana.

This place is amazing. Really nice apartment and equally nice views of the sunsets. Can’t recommend enough

Fab set of apartments for our large group

Prednosti: All apartments were really well laid out, can tell they had been recently built and renovated. Was perfect for our large group of 3 families and plenty of space with 2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen and really lovely bathrooms.

Nedostaci: The apartments are up a steep hill which is not a good location for popping back home at lunchtime. Not a lot you can do about that I know. It’s got amazing views of the bay though and is still an a amazing set up.

Really great overall and would definitely return/recommended for adult groups of 4/5 and maybe 6.

Prednosti: Really spacious and the terrace and outdoor shower were really an amazing bonus! Kitchen was also great as were the bedrooms and pretty much everything worked. Staff was great and very helpful.

Nedostaci: The shower was cold most nights. Neighbors also a bit nosey as the terrace is overlooked by several other residential (I’m assuming) apartments so lacking in privacy a small bit. Also on top of quite a steep hill with no footpath on most of the way up but that’s a bit of a given in Hvar so not really a complaint at all just a heads up for young families.

Prednosti: Very clean and modern apartment with a good location. Very nice outside shower and spacious terrace.

Amazing 4 Nights In Hvar!

Prednosti: The property was brand new which is always nice as everything was clean and working properly The balcony view was beautiful at sunrise and sunset, we loved that

Nedostaci: Walking to the Hvar Old Town (where the centre is) was only a 10-13 minute walk which we enjoyed as the scenery is amazing on the way Only downfall was unless you're very fit (we are 3 lads in our 20's) it's hard to make the walk back as Hvar is very steep and this property is toward the top of a very very steep long road, however in a taxi it's only 3-4 minutes which costs 20 Euro. I'd like to add that most of Hvar is like this so it's not really a downfall against the property just something that I'd thought of

We really loved to apartment itself but not it’s location, here’s hoping the view improves in time.

Prednosti: The interior of the apartment was actually fantastic- spotlessly clean, appealing modern design, thoughtfully equipped, spacious, great air conditioning in the searing heat- really lovely.

Nedostaci: It was right next to a dump site and building site so the outlook was not very appealing nor was the noise of drilling so it was difficult to enjoy the otherwise rather fabulous terrace. It was clearly a new property in an area that’s being developed. The walk back from Hvar old town was steep and strenuous so not ideal for anybody with mobility issues or who simply isn’t fit. This however is true of most properties that line the hills outside the old town. It’s obviously a new property and I think we were given new towels which were dark and they shed fluff all over you after your shower - something easily rectified.

Huoneisto oli kuvauksen mukainen ja toimiva.

Prednosti: Huoneisto oli siisti, hiljainen ja moderni. Huoneistossa oli hyvä ilmastointi ja keittiön varustelu. Huoneisto vastasi hyvin kuvausta.

Nedostaci: Huoneistossa ei ole vaatteiden pesukonetta. Kysyin etukäteen, voiko rakennuksessa säilyttää sähköpyöriä yön ajan ja minulle vastattiin, että voi. Paikan päällä kävi ilmi, että siellä ei ole säilytystilaa pyörille, ne eivät olisi mahtuneet edes ”eteisaulaan”, joten jouduimme vuokraamaan ne päiväksi kerrallaan. Onneksi meillä oli auto, jolla pääsimme liikkumaan esim. kauppaan, ravintolaan ja uimarannalle. Kävelymatka keskustasta ei ole pitkä, mutta ylämäki on aika rankka vanhemmille ihmisille.

Très bon séjour

Prednosti: Appartement moderne et spacieux, très bon point de chute sur l’île de Hvar à prix très correct par rapport à tous les autres logements proposés à proximité de la ville de Hvar. Literie confortable. La disponibilité de l’hôte

Nedostaci: Les extérieurs qui ne sont pas encore finis (appartement tout neuf et en fin de chantier sur l’extérieur, cimetière de bateaux juste en face La localisation un peu éloignée de la ville qui nécessite un transport pour aller jusqu’au port de Hvar

Prednosti: Todo perfecto. Tal como aparece en las fotos . Cocina muy completa y el anfitrión muy amable siempre. Muy limpio .
