Perfect stay with friendly hosts

Prednosti: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterview Apartments – Koru Apartment and pool. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like having beach umbrellas available for guests to borrow. The location is great, and having covered parking directly above the property was very convenient. The outdoor area, including the pool, is perfect for relaxing, and the surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s clear that the hosts take great care of the property and put a lot of effort into making their guests feel at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mimice – we left feeling completely satisfied and grateful for such a great holiday experience.

Nedostaci: What I didn’t like? Well… the steep uphill walk from the beach back to the apartment. It’s such a terrible thing… unless you enjoy getting free daily cardio and returning home fitter than when you arrived. Personally, I’ll take that “inconvenience” any day! 😂

Prednosti: This place was everything I needed. Beautiful view from everywhere and short walk to the beach. Nice, clean and spacious unit with nice and quiet outdoor seating. Also Hermien and Steve are great people, if needed they will give you advice where to go and what to visit around. They’re as well fun people so you can have nice talk together. We had a great time!! Would definitely visit again 😊

Prednosti: Absolutely gorgeous. Perfect authentic Croatia. Every need catered for a extremely helpful friendly hosts. Beautifully decorated throughout and designed very much with thought and consideration for guests. Looking forward to our next visit already. Hermin and Steve were the most hospitable hosts.

Prednosti: The view from every angle of the property is incredible. While swimming in the pool, you have views of the sea and the mountains on both sides and it was just magical. They were always available if we needed tips on what to see, where to shop, or just a little chat. The accommodation is also well taken care of and has a huge living space/kitchen space.

Prednosti: We spent a wonderful holiday here. A well-furnished apartment, a beautiful view, peace, quiet, and above all, fantastic owners. We will definitely visit you next time we visit Croatia :)

Gorąco polecam apartament Waterview!

Prednosti: Apartament był nieskazitelnie czysty, wyposażony we wszystko, czego mogliśmy potrzebować. Właściciele to niezwykle sympatyczni ludzie, jeszcze nigdzie nas tak życzliwie nie przyjęto.

Prednosti: El apartamento está en una ubicación excepcional, a un paso de la playa, parking. Está muy limpio, equipado con todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo. Las vistas son impresionantes. Nuestra estancia fue excelente; los anfitriones, Hermien y Steve, fueron sumamente amables y atentos. Nos recomendaron un restaurante cercano de pescado a la brasa que resultó delicioso. No tengo más que elogios para este alojamiento. Sin duda, volveremos!!

Nedostaci: Nada

In één woord heerlijk.

Prednosti: De ontvangst was zeer prettig, de hosts deden alle moeite om ons van juiste informatie te voorzien om de locatie te bereiken. Hielpen ons met de bagage naar beneden te brengen vanaf de carport. Hosts zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en gezellig... we voelden ons snel thuis. Appartement is ruim, zeer goed verzorgd en heerlijk koel. Er liggen zelfs strandlakens, ligkussens en een parasol om mee te nemen naar het strand. Het appartement ligt aan een klein straatje (meer steegje waar niemand langsloopt) op precies de goede plek om uitzicht op zee te hebben. Maar vanuit het heerlijke zwembad is het uitzicht nog beter.

Prednosti: Superschöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer, sehr saubere schon eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Tipps zur Umgebung und zum Einkaufen. Der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer.. Lage sehr schön oberhalb, nur 5 Minuten zu einem sehr schönen Strand, ohne die Küstenstraße überqueren zu müssen (Unterführung). Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
