Prednosti: Ugodan domaćin. Apartman lijepo opremljen sa svim sto vam može zatrebati na odmoru, lijepa velika terasa sa ležaljkama, dobar parking, rostilj...apsolutno bez mane

Nedostaci: Imali smo lose vrijeme u prva dva dana boravka😁

Prednosti: I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment and had an amazing experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Its location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. One of the highlights was the large terrace offering stunning views, providing a great space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the proximity to a beautiful beach made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Prednosti: Very good location ( as others already mentioned everything is nearby), very clean and good smell in the apartmenet which was cooled down by the time we arrived, refreshment drinks in the fridge was a nice and useful gesture. Friendly and helpful host!

Nedostaci: Our apartment ( no.2) is next to the street which can be loud with open windows, air condition does not cool down the bedroom ( it is located in the living room) somwe had to open it for fresh air), no window blinds on the living room’s window ( I guess because it is too big) so you cannot make the room dark enough for sleeping. Wi-fi is slow sometimes if other apartments are using it too ( no optical cable is available so the bandwidth is limited as Mario explained).

Great stay with plenty of activities to do nearby.

Prednosti: Property was very spacious and clean. Perfect distance to the beach and a supermarket. There are also multiple bus stops nearby that run regularly into split centre.

Nedostaci: Not a lot. The property served its function perfectly.

Prednosti: Rewelacyjny apartament, wszystko czyściutkie, blisko sklepy, morze.

Prednosti: L'accueil de Mario était très chaleureux, appartement bien situé (quartier rattaché à split et au calme avec une terrasse permettant de profiter d'une belle vue sur la mer et la montagne, terrasse ombragée l'après midi. Commerce de proximité et restaurants tout proche.

Prednosti: Mario was nicest and the most accommodating host we ever had. The property is super clean, great location, beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The best property in Stobrec. We can’t wait to return

Jestem zachwycona i wrócę napewno

Prednosti: Miejsce idealne pod względem bliskości do plaży ,ewentualnych zakupów jak i jako baza wypadowa .Mimo ,że apartament mieści się przy ulicy ,ruch kompletnie nie przeszkadza.A widok z okna przy śniadaniu zwala z nóg.

Nedostaci: Nie zauważyłam problemów.
