Prednosti: Beautiful apartment with beach right across the road. Very peaceful with great views from balcony. Had all facilities

Nedostaci: 3 bedrooms didn't have AC. While one had fan, two didn't have. While we managed by keeping AC in corridor at full blast and keeping doors of 2 kids bedroom open, it is certainly not comfortable to manage it in this manner.

Split / Stobrec - holiday stay

Prednosti: It is lovely place to stay if your goal is to explore Dalmacia. Everything is actually “around a corner” Also a view from the balcony was amazing, we spent there almost every evening. Parking space was in private estate a side from street. Our apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped with all stuff you could possibly need. Owner left there also local guides and prospects, which was very welcome and appreciated.

Nedostaci: The beach nearby is quite messy with gulls all over the place which made our beach experience a bit terrible, thinking about how all those hundreds gull put everything into water. We traveled to see different, cleaner beaches.

A perfect place to stay for beach, restaurants and boat trips.

Prednosti: Wonderful view. Very close to the beach. Clean. New furnishings. Convenient shops. Good air conditioning.

Nedostaci: Kitchen layout could be more practical. No oven gloves.

5 days at this great location was perfect

Prednosti: Building security, location across from the sea and close to everything we needed. The balcony size was great to relax

Lovely apartment but bedrooms too small for four adults.

Prednosti: The property is located in the centre of Stobrec, which is a suburb of Split about 6 kms from the Old Town. We used taxis to travel around but there is a bus (no 25) that takes you into Split. The apartment has a wonderful view. It is in a block which contains a good supermarket (be careful of Sundays) and there are numerous good quality bars and restaurants nearby. The living area of the apartment is spacious, well equipped and has been refurbished over the winter period. The balcony is also spacious. There is also air-conditioning but we did not need to use it. The host is easy to communicate with.

Nedostaci: We booked this apartment some time ago. Booking.com has pictures of both apartments in the block on offer. The smaller one that we stayed in has two double bedrooms but one is very small. It is really not suitable for two adults to use. We may have become confused by the photos. This apartment also had just one bathroom with a separate second toilet. There were no opportunities to change and so we made the best of it, helped by the rest of the apartment being so nice.

Prednosti: The location was particularly good, and the apartments had everything you could possibly need for a week's holiday. A wonderful, spacious terrace where you can read a book in the mornings and watch the yachts coming and going in the bay. The hostess is so kind, helpful, attentive and caring. She gave us great tips on sightseeing and arranged parking for the car next to the house. There are a bunch of leaflets about the region's attractions. There is a beach and a shop right outside the windows, a fish market and a bakery just a few hundred metres away. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives ❤️🙏

Excellent property, amazing views and total relaxation.

Prednosti: Location was excellent with amazing views round the bay and out to sea. Supermarket in the same building. Great choice of places to eat. Good walks round the bay.

Nedostaci: Steep steps leading up to the apartment.

Prednosti: Fantastisk utsikt og beliggenhet nær strand. Kort veg til spisesteder, butikker og buss. Romslig og fin leilighet over to etasjer.

Nedostaci: Litt lite sittemøbler på terrassen. Sengene var harde, så en overmadrass hadde vært fint. Ikke heis i bygget.

The host was very accommodating and very helpful.

Prednosti: Great Location, amazing Adriatic Sea Views. Would recommend this apartment that needs extra room for the family and friends. Cleanliness at the highest level. Really made our stay most memorable.
