Feels like home with an absolute comfort

Prednosti: The accommodation was very well equipped, modern, and perfectly clean. It is located right in the center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment felt cozy and welcoming, so we felt completely at home during our stay. The host (Ivana) was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly, always available to assist us with any request. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Super!

Prednosti: Clean and nice apartment close to the beach and to Split. Host Ivana was super, assisting with everything and helped out with trips and suggestions for activities.

Prednosti: The apartment, the location and the host - everything was simply perfect! The apartment and the property were super clean, modern and well equipped. The feeling was very hotel-like and comfortable. Ivana, the host, is simply lovely and very professional. She made us feel very welcome and made sure to assist in any way possible. The location in Stobrec was great for us. Super nice small village with great beaches and a local community but still very close to the city. 10/10

Prednosti: Everything was perfect! Clean and cosy apartments with good location. All you may need is already there. Very kind and friendly property owner - Ivana is available every time, if you need. The nearest beach is only 5min walking from the property, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Prednosti: Location is perfect, host was very nice and apartment really great - not a bad word to say. Great for staying with kids.

Prednosti: Property was clean with incredible air conditioning which was essential during heat wave. Everything we needed was there. Loved the fly screens on all windows. We wanted for nothing. Apartment 2 minutes from centre of Stobrec and its incredible fish restaurants. Lots of little gems. Our host Ivana was incredible. So friendly, her sole aim was to make sure we had a great holiday. From fresh fruit, milk & wine on arrival to fresh figs and yet more wine during our stay. Ivana booked an amazing restaurant for us, Konoba Nikola, it's a must visit and arranged airport taxis. If I had allowed it Ivana would have done our washing! She was a fantastic host.

Ivana is an excellent host, always going out of her way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I even got birthday

Prednosti: Location is excellent - close to bars, restaurants and the beach but also in a quiet area. Good views from balcony

Prednosti: Perfect location, and most importantly Best Host, Ivana was hands on, we loved every bit of our stay. She is certainly the host you want for all your stays.

Villa Mares is a lovely property but Ivana makes it perfect.

Prednosti: Our host, Ivana (and her uncle) was wonderful, so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed and was just a short stroll to the Riva with cafes and restaurants and a choice of beaches. Strobec is lovely, clean and has what you need for a relaxing break.
