Prednosti: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Brzet! The apartment is beautifully designed, extremely well-equipped, and the pool and views are absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just a short drive/walk from Omiš Old Town, with a fantastic restaurant literally 2 minutes from the door. We did have a minor issue with noisy neighbours one evening, but the host was incredibly reactive and helpful in resolving it, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout,always available and responsive.

Nedostaci: Nothing. Just a tad expensive considering the period and small town Omiš is.

Prednosti: Beautifully presented and furnished modern apartment right across the road from the beach, and walking distance to the main center.

Nedostaci: It was a little bit on the expensive side. Was quoted a price and when booked, an additional charge of about 50% was added on as a final payment--stated it was a cleaning charge. Only booked the night before and couldn't cancel at the last minute.

Prednosti: A beachfront villa where we stayed exceeded all our expectations with its perfect location, stunning views, comfortable amenities, and excellent service, making it an ideal place for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Luxurious and worry-free stay with magnificent view.

Prednosti: Location was very good and easily accessible by car with private parking on the ground floor garage. Apartments are well equipped and very fresh & new. The furniture and equipment are up to the high standards one could expect from such Villa. Host was also very friendly & professional and helped us with the last-minute booking. Would recommend sea-side apartments as they give great view out the living room area & balcony! Don't be afraid about the lack of reviews, everything is like on the pictures or even better!

Beautiful decor, very comfortable in a great location.

Nedostaci: Design of the rooms was strange. Master bath was all glass so you got to watch your roommate shower, etc. Long hallways and not much light in bedrooms. Kitchen could have been a bit better supplied - coffee maker small and made instant coffee.

Prednosti: Villa Brzet is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything you need and an amazing location. My family loved our stay here especially the pool and being right on a gorgeous beach. Mate, the manager was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Thank you!

Prednosti: Läget vid fin strand. Bra lägenhet med bra kök och toppenutsikt. Pool. Närhet till restauranger och stan.

Nedostaci: Sängarna var för hårda och dåligt med kuddar. Endast en liten kudde. Täcken låg i en låda som vi hittade först sista dagen. Det glasade badrummet/toaletten i ett av sovrummen kunde ha haft ett draperi som man kan dra för. Sophanteringen kunde varit bättre, det kändes inte bra att lägga soporna bakom bilen i garaget.

Nedostaci: Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.

Prednosti: Все отлично, чистые новые аппартамены, есть все от лошки до кастрюли, бытовая техника, кофемашина, парковка!

Nedostaci: Была проблема с дверью на терассу, но это механическое повреждение которое я думаю владелец устранит. Соседи до поздна слушали музыку, но и это понять можно они приехали отдыхать.
