Sea view Luxury Apart Hotel Villa Conte with swiming pool and romantic SPA

Kada dođeš tamo vidiš koliko je život lijep!

Prednosti: Objekt pruža potpunu privatnost, osjećaj slobode i uživanja u neopisivo lijepom pogledu uz istodobno osiguranje privatnog bazena, jacuzzi-a, spa kutka te lijepog i kvalitetnog interijera i eksterijera. Dovoljno daleko od prenapučenog područja, cime osigurava mogućnost odmora i izbjegavanje gužvi karakterističnih za ljetnu sezonu, a istodobno i mogućnosti brzog pridruživanja na događaje u obližnjim mjestima i gradovima. Predivan pogled i lokacija objekta potvrđuju ljepotu dalmatinske obale, dok sadržaj unutar objekta, opremljenost i kvaliteta smještajnih jedinica kao i spremnost na pomoć od strane dragih vlasnika, Nine i Žana, potvrđuju koliko je istima bitno da se gostima pruže odmor iz snova.

Nedostaci: Sve je perfektno!

Prednosti: Savršeno mjesto za odmor duše i tijela! Vila na osami, nema susjeda, nema ometanja, samo za nas prostor. Bili smo početkom listopada, grijani vanjski bazen na 30 stupnjeva, jacuzzi na 40 stupnjeva, dvije saune, plinski roštilj, dobro opremljena kuhinja.. ma sve što je dovoljno za savršen odmor! Domaćini Nina i Žan bili su izuzetno susretljivi i srdačni. Pogled puca na otok Brač i cijeli Split. Sigurno se vraćamo opet na godišnji!

Prednosti: Beautiful villa with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. Stunning view from the hill. Nearby is a great restaurant with delicious fish and meat. Many thanks to Nina for the warm hospitality – we would love to come back!

Overall we loved it

Prednosti: Beautiful and pleasant host Nina, beautiful place, with infinity swimming pool and private jacuzzi and spa. The view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation have almost everything that is needed for stay. Pool is shared by 3 apartments so you would have almost it privately for most of day.

Nedostaci: To not sound negative, but you may need to know about the property: 1. Reaching to location from main road to apartment is 3.5 kms uphill, there are some steep roads. You can drive and or use taxi. 2. For the 5 night stay there is no cleaning in between, mostly due to private host, but was bit awkward for me. 3. wifi and network (due to village and remote location) is poor.

Totally is was good with a twist

Prednosti: The property was a complex of 3 or 4 apartments, it was clean and the view was beautiful. We just couldn’t use the Grill as it was stated in the description of the villa because of open fire ban during 15.07 till 15.09 as the owner told us. We were prepared for grilling so everything we had was meant to grill so it was a big disappointment.

Great apartment with amazing views

Prednosti: The view was breathtaking and the apartment was very generous and modern. We loved to stay at the pool area and chill. It was quiet and very relaxing. In the morning, we went for walks close to the foot of the mountains. It was beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Nedostaci: The kitchen was not so well equipped.

Prednosti: So far, it was the best place I stayed, and I can compare to some 5 star hotels. As in the name: 1. Great view from Infinity Pool. 2. Very luxurious, high quality apartament. 3. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and even the fridge near sauna to keep your beer. 4. The owners are very friendly. And all of that at a fair price. It's not the cheapest place, it is the best quality place. 5. Away from people.

Prednosti: Place with incredible view. This is a place where we fully rest. Peace and quiet, beautiful view, very friendly owner ☺️ we highly recommend! Jacuzzi is for apartment and you can use it as much as you want, brillant!
