Prednosti: Very close to the event location at Le Meridian. The Property is amazing.

Nedostaci: no negative comments

Prednosti: Excellent location close to the beach. There are plenty of nice beaches in the area, few restaurants and near by market. Bus stop is also very close. Apartment was spacious and clean, with beautiful sea view. Regular cleaning and towel change is included. The place is surrounded by nature, very calm and quiet, yet near everything. Staff at the reception are very kind, and there is a space to leave luggage.

Nedostaci: There is a 5 stat hotel near by which takes two very nice beaches with their sunbeds and doesn't leave much space for towels.

Overall a very positive experience

Prednosti: Location was great, close to the sea, shops and we loved the little pool for the kids and for us even though there should be some umbrella provided for shade and comfort. The walk in the evening along the coastline was beautiful. We slept well and enjoyed the air conditioning in the apartment. We loved having a balcony with sea view. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the restaurant downstairs. We really appreciated having a washing machine too.

Nedostaci: It would have been useful to have a fan to move the air as the air conditioning didn't quite cool down the bedrooms enough and also in case the air conditioning stopped working (which it did temporarily on the last day) and it would be a kind gesture to provide guests with basic supplies in case they arrive late at night like us (a bit of milk in the fridge, some tea and coffee and few biscuits would do), this is what we usually get in the UK when we go anywhere. The little shop (Tommy) nearby is very small and with extortionate prices. We had to get a taxi or Uber to Lidl and the mall which should have taken 15 min but took half an hour each way because the traffic on the only road available is always horrendous. By

Prednosti: Stay at The Residence Aparthotel was amazing! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome at the reception made me feel at home. Ivona was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She made both check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The aparthotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Happy Stay. Recommended.

Prednosti: We booked 4 apartments, for 4 families, 18 of us. The apartments are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. In each apartment, you find two comfortable master bedrooms with large queen/king beds, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a sofa bed that fits two in addition to a kitchenette with full appliances. The balcony was lovely overlooking the sea. The parking was very convenient. Easy access to Le Meridien Lav beach. Daily cleaning is provided with fresh towels and toiletries on request. Good air-conditioning in all the rooms. Darko was very hospitable and kind, arranged our stay and handled all our requirements very professionally. All in all, it was a very comfortable and happy stay.

Nedostaci: The hot water in the showers is limited and intermittent. Also, it would have been great if there was a washing machine in the apartment. Must buy your own coffee capsules. Though the location in Podstrana is beautiful, it is a short drive to reach Split. Without traffic, it is quite smooth and fast. With traffic, it becomes quite lengthy.

Lovely, huge apartment - very relaxing place to stay, we loved it.

Prednosti: Really spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful views and lovely and very attentive cleaning staff. Decent small supermarket only 5 mins walk away.

Nedostaci: Some shade (umbrellas) at the pool would have been helpful and enabled us to use the pool in the afternoon.

Good location, clean spacious room and friendly staff.

Prednosti: The room was great with a full kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and stove. It had fast free internet and was close to the beach and tennis courts. Very well located. Staff were great!

Nedostaci: I believe they are busy upgrading as a suggestion I might suggest upgrading the lighting in the passage ways to the rooms, it's a bit cold and sterile. Other than that no real negatives stand out.

Prednosti: Beautiful location. A little tricky to find but worth it.
