Prednosti: Extremno cista soba! S obzirom da smo bili jednu noc u sobi, cistoca nam je bila bitna, ostatak nam nije ni trebo. Soba je imala za taj jedan dan sve sto smo trebali a s balkona je bio predivan pogled. Osobno nismo imali problem sa bukom iz ulice, spavali smo bez problema sa otvorenim balkonskim vratima.

Prednosti: The landlady was very supportive and helpful. She helped us with the major tourist attractions and with the public transportation too. The location is very nice as it is right next to a beach. There were multiple restaurants nearby and supermarkets too. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Perfect for a Beach Trip to Split

Prednosti: Perfect for the vacation. Near the Beach with several Supermarkets and Restaurants within walking distance. And you have a direct Bus Connection to Split (25-30 min).

Clean, comfortable room, very close to the beach

Prednosti: Clean and comfortable apartman, really close to the beach. Supermarket is next door, bakery is next to it. Bus stop to Split centre is at the other side of the road. Lot of bar nearby. Big, common kitchen, well equipped. The lady at the reception is really helpfull.

Nedostaci: We were on the 3rd floor, and the room was really hot, but the air conditioning was working properly.

Nice owners friendly and helpful, lovely sea shore and beach where you can spend a lot of activities !

Prednosti: The location is good near to supermarket beach and restaurants on the beach. The shore have nice facilities for free as Shower+Bars+Wateractivities to rent.

Nedostaci: The kitchen is common to everyone in the house and distance to eat something prepared there was 4 floors ! There was a tiny table and fridge in the rented room but cooking was not possible.

Prednosti: Near the beach, very close to the town center, Split 10 minutes away by car. Clean room, private parking.

Could have been cheaper but overall ok

Prednosti: Spacious rooms and clean overall. The basic facilities are included. Good parking space. 5 minutes from Split City Centre and 2 minutes walk from the local beach.

Nedostaci: A bit overpriced for what it offers. We never had hot water. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift, we were lucky not to have big luggages. It does have a balcony but it’s sunny most of the time so you cannot sit there but handy to dry your clothes.
