Comfortable apartment close to the beach

Prednosti: Comfortable apartment, very close to the beach! Recommended if you want to stay in the area and as a starting point to explore Split and Dalmatia.

Nedostaci: There were work in progress in the building, so if you need an elevator I recommend to check in advance.

Excellent location, clean and modern rooms

Prednosti: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it is a very short walk to the beach and there are plenty of activities nearby as well as 2 supermarkets beside it. The host was helpful.

Nedostaci: When you copy the address from booking.com it takes you to a different place. The property is called Villa Ivo on google maps and the sign out the front say Ivo Rooms. We were unfortunately caught out and got dropped off at the wrong place after midnight which was 15+ mins walk away after travelling all day.

I was very happy to stay here.

Prednosti: This was the best price-value accommodation for us, just a 2 minute walk from the sea. We got everything we needed for our stay, a calm place, decent room with comfortable beds, air conditioning, wifi, balcony with a nice view, fridge. Perfect location, easy access to the city center, but quiet and offered multiple beaches and great bars within walking distance. There were shops, restaurants and an atm very close as well. We didn't lack anything and I highly recommend this place for those looking for an affordable, nice accommodation and a great location to relax. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Nedostaci: At first hou could be worried by the architecture of the building and the closeness to the street.. but in the apartment no noise at all!!! And the rooms are renewed

Prednosti: Very nice and modern room with a cooling AC. A balcony with a view at the camping place. Nearby bus stops for buses to Split. Beach was a couple of 100 meters away.

Nedostaci: Everything was great, except the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous user. Toilet and shower had hairs and remains of the previous user.
