Rooms and Apartments Porat

Prednosti: Apartman na odličnoj lokaciji, pogled jako lijep, domaćin uljudan, kulturan.. Sitnice bi se mogle promijeniti ali nista pretjerano. Moja preporuka.

Nedostaci: Apartman nije bio neuredan ili prljav ali nije bio ni najčišći, osjeti se neugodan miris iz wc-a (sto moze biti i zbog vode jer je marina odmah pored). Jedina potrebna promjena je malo vise obratiti pažnju na čistoću i u kuhinji nabaviti osnovno posuđe. Osim toga je apartman stvarno dobar.

Prvi red do mora, bez primjedbe

Prednosti: Pozicija je izvrsna za ljude koji žele biti prvi na redu na plaži u Sobraću, to je najveća prednost apartmana. Sve potrebštine su nadohvat ruke, ma da je moj boravak obuhvaćao više obilaske u Sinj, Dugopolje i Peruško jezero ni u kojem trenutku se nisam osjećao da mi je išta daleko. Savjetujem dolazak na Svetog Lovreta Seoskog pošto se događanja manje više odvijaju samo ulicu niže (10. i 11. Kolovoza)

Nedostaci: Što nisam stigao na vrijeme za janjetinu ;p

Lovely place to stay

Prednosti: The person who welcomed us is very kind and flexible. Predrag: thank you for having taken such good care of us We could even let our luggage the day when we left and have 2 towels to still enjoy the beach before the airport! The view is very beautiful, just in front of the port, sea and mountains

Nedostaci: Maybe a bit expensive for such a room considering the equipment but the location, view and of course kindness of the person definitely worth it!

A very relaxing and carefree trip

Prednosti: I really liked the location, the fact that we have parking, and most of all, I liked the communication with landlord , who is wonderful and always willimg to help at any time of day or night .

We loved every minute

Prednosti: A great spot in its own right, close to restaurants and some lovely beaches. A regular bus to Split for about €2 that takes 20 minutes or so. Comfortable and clean apartments that were basic but had great views.

Lovely owner, comfortable room and convenient to get into Split.

Prednosti: The property was very clean and in a great location in Stobrec close to several beaches and loads of places to eat and drink and supermarkets. The best part for us was that the bus station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment so it’s easy to get into Split (25 mins on bus) and makes day trips stress free and cheaper. The view from the balcony was lovely. Predrag the owner is also lovely and has a nice bar/restaurant below the apartments so it’s easy to get in touch if you have any problems. He let us keep our suitcase in the reception on our last day after checkout. The room was great; big wardrobe and bathroom and also a clothes horse to dry any washing you have. We didn’t have breakfast included so can’t comment on that. :)

Nice place for holidays

Great apartment. Great view.

Prednosti: This was a great apartment in a beautiful area. The balcony has fabulous views. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and its 2 euro into Split . ( 25 mins ) The bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed . The owner was very helpful and good to us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Prednosti: Comfortable place to stay, apartment was clean. We had nice view on the dock and sea. Beach is very close maybe one minute walking from Porat. We also had good breakfast. Owners were very kind and helpful. I will recommend for visit to my family and friends.
